By opening an account with ClockworkInvestment (further only CT) you state, warrant, and agree that: You have the power and authority to enter into this agreement, and you agree to be of legal age in your country to partake in this program, and in all the cases you must be 18 years of age.

CT is not available to the general public and is available only to qualified members of CT. The use of this site is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every transaction is considered to be a private transaction between the CT and its Member. Membership in CT is available only to residents of those jurisdictions, where such participation is legal and not prohibited. A private transaction as conducted in this program, is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.

You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from CT are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, all information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation. All the data giving by a member to CT will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. CT is not responsible or liable for any loss of data. Provision of information via this website may be temporarily suspended or terminated without prior notice to website users. But, we can assure you, that our traders have shown a consistent and stable trading record during many years, and by truly minimizing the risk factor any loses would be minimal. We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, as well as change members investment from one plan to another if we deem it necessary, to avoid loses, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.

CT is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to CT that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws. Don't post bad votes on Public Forums and at Rating Sites or Monitors without contacting the administrator of our program FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always CLEAR the thing with the administrator. If you post untrue bad votes, we will ban you from our website, fine you for damages caused and return your initial deposit back to you minus the fine. The Fine will be calculated according to your investment.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. All investors must abide by our strict anti-spam rules that prohibit spamming in any of its forms. We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs "for cause" if we deem you to be in violation of our Anti-Spam Policy. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be engaging in spamming activity.

CT reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.
